New Schedule! Starting with the removal of the Upper Cumberland Group at the end of 2010, and the insertion of the Cherokee Group in Summer 2011, the system is an even rotation (Cherokee Group, Harvey Broome Group, Middle Tennessee Group, Watauga Group, Chickasaw Group).
- The winter meeting is usually at Cedars of Lebanon State Park, around the third weekend in January.
- The spring meeting is usually at Fall Creek Falls State Park and features a Silent Auction, around the third weekend in April.
- The summer meeting is sometimes at Sterchi Lodge/Max Patch or DuBose Conference Center, around the third weekend in July.
- The fall meeting is usually at Pickett State Park and features a Silent Auction, around the third weekend in October.
TN State Parks need to be reserved 2 years in advance.
